The IEA-Accredited Takdīr 5D® Trauma-informed Enneagram Coaching Certificate equips you with the confidence, knowledge, skills and techniques to facilitate the deeper self-connection that leads to real change.

5D® enables us to work with the core emotional and unconscious instinctual drivers behind the Type-specific forms of self-disconnection that impact our core sense of identity.
You will facilitate self-remembering, insightful self-observation, and the emergence of Presence in the here and now.
Clients’ cognitive, relational and behavioural adaptability and flow in complex contexts improves as a natural result, enabling them to achieve their dreams.
At a deep level, 5D® supports a client to recover a foundational state of authentic self-connectedness, inner authority and the capacity to love and be loved.
It integrates a body-centred interpersonal neurobiology, psychodynamics and phenomenology with the laser-beam precise insights of the Enneagram model.
4 kinds of knowing, which correspond with the 3 Enneagram centres of Intelligence.
FORMAL KNOWLEDGE: The latest theory and research findings about coaching, embodiment, trauma, interpersonal neurobiology and post-traumatic growth. Top-class Enneagram insights synthesised from the top teachers, from Ichazo and Naranjo to the contemporary luminaries like Russ Hudson, Tom Condon, Mario Sikora, Uranio Paes and Bea Chestnut.
PERSPECTIVAL KNOWING: Heart knowledge and personal understanding of what it means to be a trauma-informed Enneagram practitioner. You will be learning and practicing with a small group of wonderful experienced coaches, therapists, facilitators and healers developing your own trauma-informed skills.
PARTICIPATORY AND PROCEDURAL KNOWING: Action centre practical tools, skills and processes. Includes embodiment and somatic practices, NLP techniques, conversational therapeutic skills, co-regulation, Intuition, Inner Parts and more.
There is a convenient mix of synchronous contact time with the group or a dyad partner and asynchronous independent work taking in material at your own pace.
- 11 interactive contact modules. These include taught theoretical content, discussions of client case studies, sharing of personal reflections and application practices.
- Monthly 90 minute Practicing Presence sessions with other students in-between modules. These are included in order to create a space in which you can practice process skills.
- 4 Personal 90 minute supervision sessions with Ingrid to experience 5D yourself and to discuss your application experiences. This time includes discussing your 4 case studies. I help you find case studies if you need me to. You need to complete 6 sessions in total. You can work with 1 person or do 6 individual report debriefing sessions.
- Substantive, powerful Enneagram content and a vast library of AV materials for exploration between sessions at your own pace.
- The module recordings are shared to allow for missed sessions.
- Fast-track access to a top-class Enneagram Report Portal. If you want to use Enneagram reports, this course springboards you to certification to use the Aephoria report, developed by Lucille Greeff, the original developer of the IEQ9. You will not need to complete their foundation course, and can do a short online “conversion course”. This costs $175. If you pay the full 5D Course fee (no partial sponsorship) this will be included in the cost of the programme.
