Who We Are
Ingrid Hurwitz
Ingrid started her career at a US-based strategy consultancy (The Monitor Company, now Deloitte-owned) and later transitioned into Corporate Transformation and Sustainability, Leadership Development, L&D and Wellness.
She left formal employment to establish her own consulting company, Takdīr, in 2015, focusing on Leadership Effectiveness, Executive Coaching and Organisational Development.
With decades of experience in impactfully using the Enneagram system in this work, she now also trains and supervises coaches and facilitators in its practical application in their preferred areas of practice.
Additionally, she offers accredited and specialized in-depth Enneagram training. She has presented at 5 International Conferences (including the IEA Global Conference and the Enneagram Global Summit).
Her key areas of interest within her Enneagram teaching are Trauma, the complex adaptative function of the Tri-Fix and instinctual dynamics, and the psychospiritual pathways to self-reconnection and aliveness.

Approach
Ingrid creates transformational experiences based on a range of knowledge domains and paradigms, including wisdom traditions, cognitive science, and self-efficacy psychology.
She is often described as “passionate”, “wise” and “insightful”, and her work as “life-changing” and “refreshingly different”.
Her approach also draws on personal insights from her two decades of corporate experience, and incorporates a very practical understanding of complexity theory, somatic psychology and most significantly, her NARM® (NeuroAffective Relational Model) Training.

Kirsten Garbini
Kirsten is a high energy, seasoned and proficient People Executive with a record of success in the manufacturing, engineering / agricultural and financial services industries.
She has managed the challenges of unpredictable operations and is skilled at conceptualising HR strategy, designing people solutions and ensuring the delivery of results aligned with business demands/ growth initiatives and improved operational processes.
She has lead large distributed teams at executive level in a listed environment of 5000 people and is a speaker, writer and innovator.
Kirsten is an accredited Leadership and Enneagram Coach and Imago relationship practitioner.
She creates programmes for coaches who practice extraordinary listening and work with helping others to bring their gifts and purposes and best work into the world.
Kirsten is a lifelong student of philosophy and advanced hypnosis and is also accredited as a parts hypnosis practitioner.
She uses guided processes to help my clients find their centers of deep resourcefulness to build resilience and purpose.
